Independent Dual Head Design

The Contact 3Z has independent dual heads with two placement spindles per head. The heads work out of phase from one another - as one head is picking two components from its row of feeders, the other head is placing its two components on the board. This minimizes the delays encountered during the pick cycle on single head machines.
